Sales It’s also about listening carefully and offering creative and cost-effective solutions to help them succeed.
New sales representatives receive a 13-week “on boarding” training to learn about our products, better understand the distribution business and further develop their sales skills. Ongoing training and educational opportunities are offered to help our sales employees continue to grow and develop. As our sales employees succeed, we offer a host of recognition programs to reward that success and also encourage them to go beyond by seeking other growth opportunities within the organization. Our sales reps are also equipped with tools and technology to help them better serve our customers.
