Job Description

U.S. Foodservice, AZ-Division has an immediate opening for a Buyer II.  The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Control inventory to shelf life and days on hand
  • Manage excess and overstock inventory
  • Maintain an acceptable service level
  • Maximize cases per pallet
  • SKU Rationalization
  • Increase freight revenue
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and programs, finding deals, and setting market cost
Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years purchasing level experience
    • Must have excellent computer skills
    • Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
