Qualifications
- This position is responsible for working with the sales force to sell our company as well as the USFood.com website to our customers. Set up and maintain any hardware that is in the field at the customer’s location. Train customers at the customer's location to place their orders online. Manage all usfood.com users and provide technical support for the customer for our website and/or hardware. (approximately 600 customers), Assist DPC with in-house computers and salesman’s laptops
- Requires: Must be able to drive to and from customer locations to install equipment and provide training. Average 2-3 days in the field with occasion overnight stays. Must be able to travel out of town to customer locations. At least 2 years experience in customer support and training, both over the phone and in person. PC desktop and laptop troubleshooting, proficient in Microsoft Access, Word and Excel. Hardware and Software knowledge a must.
