Job Description

U.S. Foodservice™, Cincinnati Division, has a position for an experienced Marketing Coordinator. Our broad lines of institutional food and non-food products provide excellent growth opportunities.  The position will assist in the development and execution of promotional and sales programs to ensure that route sales achieve 100% of fiscal budget. To assist in developing and executing planned programs that will contribute to the marketing income requirements of the division.
Qualifications

Essential Functions Include:

  • Supervise production of flyers, catalogs & brochures
  • Work with internal and external personnel to execute planned promotional programs
  • Assist with the design and coordination of planned promotional programs
  • Prepare sales assistance materials as needed
  • Select and secure premiums after approval. Facility design and set up of meetings.
  • Agenda preparation, communication
  • Prepare printed materials (agendas, signs, etc.)
  • Assist with special event planning/execution
  • Develop/coordinate/communicate vendor show information with follow-up where needed
  • Lodging coordination
  • Supervise all functions of registration at the Food Show
  • Work with internal and external resources/personnel to execute above
  • Must have strong computer skills: Publisher, PageMaker, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
