Job Description
  • Managing a district of sales Territory Managers to success
  • Responsibility of growing district sales while attaining companies financial objectives
  • Hiring and potential terminating of Territory Managers
  • Representing and leading your district in a professional manner
  • Servicing customers while maximizing company profits
Ability to get along with others, regular attendance is required, adhere to all safety practices and company policies and perform various duties as assigned by the VP of Sales
Qualifications
  •  3 years sales or sales management experience in the broad-line food service industry in the East TN, Middle TN or Kentucky market
  • Previous experience in managing budgets and margins to maintain and grow the business within the district
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects
  • Good judgment
  • Proven leadership skills to coach and direct district team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to make effective presentations to a wide variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power-point, Word, Excel)
  • Valid driver license and MVR within Company guidelines
  • Must have reliable transportation with appropriate auto insurance coverage
  • Travel
  • Ability to work various hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
