Job Description
Summary: Under the supervision of the Night Warehouse Supervisor, successful candidate will conduct all warehouse related clerk functions including but not limited to the following:
- Process all recaps during shift.
- Assist Day Shift with preparing and completing PO’s and taking appointments.
- Process “Will Calls”.
- Generate Invoices.
- Generate Reports.
- Generate Labor Tracking Reports.
- Entering “Catch weights”.
- Process and research “Cuts”.
- Answer phones.
- Record and maintain driver departure time.
- Organize and maintain driver generated paperwork.
- Execute Any and all supervisor directed Job tasks.
- Work hours are at night.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) to two (2) years clerical working experience in using personal computers and software such as Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to operate general office equipment.
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment.
Preferred:
Previous experience in similar job function.Additional
