Battered Vegetables with Blue Cheese and Bacon Dip
Ingredients

4 each Presentations™ Beer Battered Zucchini Slices
4 each Presentations™ Battered Mushrooms
4 each Presentations™ Battered Cauliflower
8 each Presentations™ Battered Formed Onion Rings

Blue Cheese and Bacon Dip:
8 oz. Blue Cheese, Crumbled
1-1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 lb. Bacon Bits
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
(makes about 1 quart)

Battered Vegetables with Blue Cheese and Bacon Dip
Directions

1. Deep fry zucchini, mushrooms and cauliflower at 350°F for approximately 3 minutes.
2. Deep fry onion rings at 350°F for approximately 2 minutes.

Blue Cheese and Bacon Dip:
1. Mix all ingredients together well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
2. Serve fried appetizers with 3 ounces of dip
