Iced Victorian Tea

| Aromatic
and spicy, fruity yet fizzy - this refresher is divine to drink as
well as to behold in a brandy snifter over ice, garnished with a fresh
orange slice.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes, then allow to stand for 15 minutes. Strain into a glass container, add apricot nectar and orange juice concentrate. Stir. Allow to cool and then refrigerate. When ready to serve, pour over ice in a brandy snifter and add club soda to each glass. Yield: 1 quart, serves 8 with a sip for the cook. |
