Chicken and Cheddar Cheese Chimichanga
Ingredients

5 oz. Chicken and Cheddar Cheese Chimichanga
1 oz. Diced Tomato
1 3/4 oz. Thick and Chunky Salsa
1/2 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 oz. Spanish Rice
5 oz. Refried beans
1/2 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese
1-1/2 oz. Thick and Chunky Salsa
4 each Corn Tortilla Chips

Chicken and Cheddar Cheese Chimichanga
Directions

Prepare Chimichanga according to package directions. Top with 1 3/4 oz. salsa, shredded cheese and diced tomato.

As a side dish, sprinkle Monterey Jack Cheese over Refried Beans.

Add corn tortilla chips to your plate with 1-1/2 oz. thick and chunky salsa as a dip. Serve with 4 oz. Spanish rice.
