Prepare Chimichanga according to package directions. Top with 1 3/4 oz. salsa, shredded cheese and diced tomato. As a side dish, sprinkle Monterey Jack Cheese over Refried Beans. Add corn tortilla chips to your plate with 1-1/2 oz. thick and chunky salsa as a dip. Serve with 4 oz. Spanish rice. |
