Cake Ingredients:
1 Sara Lee Coconut Breeze Whipped Cream Layer Cake
Buttercrunch (recipes follows)
Orange Marmalade Sauce (recipe follows)
Orange Slices and Cranberries, as Garnish
Mint Sprigs, as Garnish
Buttercrunch Ingredients:
(Makes about 1 cup)
2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour ++
3 Tbsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Almonds, Toasted and Chopped
Orange Marmalade
Sauce: (Makes about 1 1/4 cup)
3/4 cup Orange Marmalade
2/3 cup Water, Cold
4 tsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Lemon Juice

1.
Coat top and side of cake with Buttercrunch. To plate, place cake slice
on serving plate; spoon 1 ounce Orange Marmalade Sauce around cake;
garnish with fruit and mint.
2. Melt butter in medium
skillet; add combined remaining ingredients; stir constantly over medium heat
until lightly browned, 4 to 5 minutes. Cool.
3. Whisk all ingredients
in saucepan over medium-high heat until mixture boils and thickens. Serve warm.
