Cut cooled lemon bars into desired size portions. Starting at one corner of pan, pipe 1 cup (10 oz.) of Gold Medal® RTS Vanilla Icing in a zig-zag pattern diagonally across the top of the bars. At adjacent corner, repeat the process with 2 cups (1 lb.) prepared lemon pie filling, creating a criss-cross pattern of icing and filling. YIELD: 64- 2 x 3 inch servings. |
