each OreoŽ Brownie
3/4 cup Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
1/4 cup OreoŽ Pieces, Medium Crunch
1/2 cup Pecans, Chopped, Divided
2 Tbsp. Caramel Sauce

1.
To assemble Turtle, form a 2-inch-high tin foil mold around brownie.
2.
Blend 1/4 cup of nuts into ice cream. Place ice cream mixture on brownie;
press down to form a flat layer. Cover with remaining nuts and OreoŽ Pieces.
Freeze.
3.
To serve, remove tin foil and drizzle with caramel sauce.
