Shephard's Pie
Ingredients

1-4 lb. bag Classic Tureen® Vegetable Beef Soup,Thawed
1 quart Boiling Water
2 lb. Beef Crumbles
2 Tbsp. Alamo Zestful Seasoning
2 quarts Chef Style Tomatoes
1 quart Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
4 Quarts Complete Instant Potatoes

Directions

Reconstitute with boiling in mixing bowl. Follow potato formula for preparing 42 servings. Add Alamo Zestful Seasoning and beef crumbles to soup in mixing bowl and mix together.

Spread 1/4” of mashed potatoes on bottom of full size hotel pan. On top, place beef mixture. Top with another layer of mashed potatoes. Top with layer of chef style tomatoes. Continue with mashed potatoes, then corn and finish off with a layer of mashed potatoes either spread or piped from a star tube pastry bag. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Bake at 325° (convection) or 350° (conventional) until top browns and its heated through.
