cup Butter-Flavored Oil
4 cups Vidalia Onions, Thinly Sliced
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 Carton Classic CasseroleŽ Scalloped Potatoes with 2 Seasoning Packets
5 qt. Water, Boiling
1/2 cup Butter, Unsalted
4 tbsp. Horseradish Sauce, Cream-Style
2 tbsp. Caraway Seeds
4 cups Swiss Cheese, Shredded
2 tsp. Salt
4 cups Swiss Cheese, Shredded

Preheat oven to 350°F (300°F convection).

In sauté pan heat oil; add onions and sugar, and sauté until onions are
caramelized and tender.

In a full-size steamtable pan, combine boiling water with seasoning packets
and butter. Whisk well to blend. Add reserved onions, Classic CasseroleŽ Scalloped
Potato slices, and the next 4 ingredients, mix thoroughly.

Place in oven and bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.

Remove from oven, top with cheese, and bake for additional 10 minutes or
until cheese is melted and bubbly.
