The Nickel Town Pizza
Ingredients

1 (#10) can HuntsŪ Tomato Puree
3 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
4 lbs. 14 oz. Pork Sausage, Cooked, Crumbled
1 lb. 10 oz. Italian Sausage, Cooked, Chunks
1 lb. 10 oz. Mushrooms, Sliced
1 lb. 10 oz. Ripe Olives, Sliced, Drained
13 oz. (3 1/4 cups) Green Bell Peppers, Diced
13 oz. (2 1/2 cups) Onions, Chopped
13 Prepared Pizza Shells, 12-inch
13 oz. Pepperoni, Sliced
13 oz. Canadian Bacon, Diced
6 lbs. 8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

The Nickel Town Pizza
Directions

1. In bowl, stir together tomato puree and Italian seasoning.
2. In separate bowl, mix together pork sausage, Italian sausage, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers and onions.
3. Spread 8 oz. sauce over each pizza shell.
4. Top each pizza with 14 oz. prepared topping mixture.
5. Top each pizza with 1 oz. each pepperoni and Canadian bacon.
6. Top each pizza with 8 oz. mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with additional Italian seasoning, if desired.
7. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
Yield: 13 (12-inch) pizzas
