3 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
4 lbs. 14 oz. Pork Sausage, Cooked, Crumbled
1 lb. 10 oz. Italian Sausage, Cooked, Chunks
1 lb. 10 oz. Mushrooms, Sliced
1 lb. 10 oz. Ripe Olives, Sliced, Drained
13 oz. (3 1/4 cups) Green Bell Peppers, Diced
13 oz. (2 1/2 cups) Onions, Chopped
13 Prepared Pizza Shells, 12-inch
13 oz. Pepperoni, Sliced
13 oz. Canadian Bacon, Diced
6 lbs. 8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded |

1.
In bowl, stir together tomato puree and Italian seasoning.
2.
In separate bowl, mix together pork sausage, Italian sausage, mushrooms,
olives, bell peppers and onions.
3.
Spread 8 oz. sauce over each pizza shell.
4.
Top each pizza with 14 oz. prepared topping mixture.
5.
Top each pizza with 1 oz. each pepperoni and Canadian bacon.
6.
Top each pizza with 8 oz. mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with additional Italian
seasoning, if desired.
7.
Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
