Ingredients

1 (#10 can) Hunt’s® Angela Mia® Extra Heavy Pizza Sauce
1 (#10 can) Hunt’s® Angela Mia® Crushed Tomatoes
1/4 cup Garlic, Chopped, Sauteed
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
2 Tbsp. Basil
2 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
29 Prepared Deep-Dish Pizza Shell, 12-inch
7 lbs. 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
7 lbs. 4 oz. Colby or White Cheddar, Shredded
21 lbs. 12 oz. Pizza Topping, Any Combination or Thinly Sliced Eggplant, Sliced Mushrooms, Sliced Black Olives, Chopped Green Bell Peppers and Chopped Onions

The Nickel Town Pizza
Directions

1. In bowl, stir together pizza sauce, crushed tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, sugar, salt and black pepper.
2. Spread 7 oz. sauce over each pizza shell.
3. Top each pizza with 4 oz. each mozzarella cheese and Colby cheese.
4. Top each pizza with 12 oz. desired toppings.
5. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
Yield: 29 (12-inch pizzas)
