1 (#10 can) Hunt’s® Angela Mia® Crushed Tomatoes
1/4 cup Garlic, Chopped, Sauteed
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
2 Tbsp. Basil
2 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
29 Prepared Deep-Dish Pizza Shell, 12-inch
7 lbs. 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
7 lbs. 4 oz. Colby or White Cheddar, Shredded
21 lbs. 12 oz. Pizza Topping, Any Combination or Thinly Sliced Eggplant, Sliced
Mushrooms, Sliced Black Olives, Chopped Green Bell Peppers and Chopped Onions |

1.
In bowl, stir together pizza sauce, crushed tomatoes, garlic, Parmesan
cheese, basil, oregano, sugar, salt and black pepper.
2.
Spread 7 oz. sauce over each pizza shell.
3.
Top each pizza with 4 oz. each mozzarella cheese and Colby cheese.
4.
Top each pizza with 12 oz. desired toppings.
5.
Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
