1/2 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, Grilled, Sliced
3 1/3 lb. (9 apples) Red Delicious Apples, Cored, Sliced into 1/4-Inch Thick
Rings
2 Bunches Spinach Leaves, Torn
1 Head Radicchio, Torn
2 Bunches Lettuce (leaf or romaine)
1 Cucumber, Sliced
3/4 cup Walnut Pieces, Chopped
4 cups KRAFT® Signature Peppercorn Ranch Dressing

1.
Grill chicken and apples until chicken is cooked through and apples
are tender-crisp, occasionally brushing with dressing.
2. Slice
chicken diagonally; cut apple slices into quarters. Place in large bowl. Add
spinach and radicchio; toss lightly.
3. Arrange
lettuce on large plate; top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cucumbers and
walnuts. Serve with remaining dressing on the side.
Variation:
Garnish with crumbled feta or blue cheese.
