Ranch Steak Roll
Ingredients

4 oz. Portion Steak-EZE Beef
2 tsp. Ranch-Style Dressing Mix
8” Flour Tortilla
3 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. Finely Diced Red Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp. Finely Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Large Lettuce Leaf

Ranch Steak Roll
Directions

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 2 minutes. Turn over and continue cooking for 2 more minutes. When fully cooked, sprinkle on the dressing mix and toss gently. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Place the tortilla on a plate and spread with the cream cheese. Add the remaining ingredients to the tortilla. Top with the ranch-seasoned beef, and roll up the tortilla tightly. Chill Ranch Steak Roll for an hour before serving.

Note: Chicken can be substituted for beef.
