Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 2 minutes. Turn over and continue cooking for 2 more minutes. When fully cooked, sprinkle on the dressing mix and toss gently. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Place the tortilla on a plate and spread with the cream cheese. Add the remaining ingredients to the tortilla. Top with the ranch-seasoned beef, and roll up the tortilla tightly. Chill Ranch Steak Roll for an hour before serving. Note: Chicken can be substituted for beef. Yield: 1 servings |
