Battered Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. Jimmy Dean® Sausage, Cooked, Crumbled, and Drained

2 cups Biscuit Mix

1/2 cup Cold Water

1 cup Frozen Loose-Pack Hash Brown Potatoes, Thawed

3 Eggs

2 Tbsp. Milk

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/8 tsp. Pepper

1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded


 

DIRECTIONS

Mix biscuit mix and water to form a soft dough. Pat dough into 12"

pizza pan. Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle with hash brown

potatoes. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over top. Sprinkle with

cheese.


Other suggestions: Add onions and mushrooms or green and red bell peppers.

 

Yield: 6 Servings
