INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup McCormick’s Big ‘N Bold Monterey Style Roasted Garlic &
Red Bell Pepper Seasoning
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 cup McCormick’s Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
4 Tbsp. McCormick’s Chili Powder
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients together and rub into 12 pounds ribeye, tenderloin or strip steaks.
Grill or broil steaks to desired temperature.
Note: This rub also works well with pork and chicken.
Yield: Rub for 12 pounds meat, 24 8-oz. portions.
